Pepsi Bottling Ventures LLC announced that it plans to purchase the assets of Pepsi Cola Bottling Co. of Conway-Myrtle Beach Inc., the Pepsi-Cola franchise bottler based in Conway, S.C. It expects the acquisition to be complete by December.

 

The bottler's franchise territory of Marion and Horry counties is serviced by Conway and Marion, S.C., sales and distribution centers, and includes Myrtle Beach and the Grand Strand vacation destinations.
