12th Roadshow takes place in Philadelphia

Philadelphia-based David Michael & Co. hosted its 12th Innovation Roadshow featuring the theme Tastebud Revolution. The show took place Sept. 20 at the Hilton at Penn’s Landing in Philadelphia. For the past two years, the Innovation Roadshow has been touring the continent gathering new ideas for predicting up-and-coming trends. Those trends were showcased at the 2016 roadshow, the company says. With a portfolio of 27 innovations, including flavors, applications, technologies and consumer market insights, David Michael & Co.’s Roadshow provided its clients with inspiration for their new product development portfolios, it adds. The 2023 Food Safety Summit, held from May 8–11, was a highly anticipated event that brought together 2,700 industry professionals, researchers, policymakers, and experts in person and virtually from around the world to discuss the latest advancements and challenges in ensuring food safety. The Summit combined 1,200 in-person and 1,500 virtual participants who were able to learn together. The six insightful sessions that were live streamed during the Summit are now available on demand until May 2024.
