7UP hosts fourth ‘Live it Up with Enrique’ promotion

Fans can win tickets to Latin Grammy Awards, VIP Enrique Iglesias concert

As the official beverage sponsor of the Latin Grammy Awards for the fourth consecutive year, Plano, Texas-based Dr Pepper Snapple Group’s (DPS) 7UP brand is giving its fans a chance to “Live it Up with Enrique.” In partnership with The Latin Recording Academy and music artist Enrique Iglesias, 7UP will send seven fans to Las Vegas to attend the 14th Annual Latin Grammy Awards on Nov. 21 and a private VIP concert by Latin Grammy winner Enrique Iglesias the night prior. This is the second year that Enrique Iglesias has performed a private concert for winners of the 7UP promotion. The prize also includes round-trip airline tickets for the winners and their guests as well as a two-night hotel stay.

“We’re excited to continue our partnership with The Latin Recording Academy and help our fans celebrate the biggest night in Latin music,” said Olivia Vela, director of multicultural marketing at DPS, in a statement. “7UP is all about uplifting experiences, and we’re looking forward to giving seven lucky fans just that with the VIP treatment at Enrique’s private concert.”

Fans can enter the contest online, via text message or by mail. No purchase is necessary. To enter online and view full contest rules and instructions for submitting mail-in entries, visit www.winvipconcert.com. Entries via text message can be made by texting “Enrique” to 97579 from any mobile phone. Fans can submit one entry a day through Nov. 3 and must be 21 or older and a U.S. resident to enter. The winners will be selected by random drawing on Nov. 4.
