Odell Brewing Co. introduced Shenanigans Oak-Aged Crimson Ale in 750-ml. cork and cage finished bottles. Shenanigans is a ruby-colored beer that was aged in oak barrels with a touch of the yeast strain, Brettanomyces, to give it a hint of tartness that complements the rich malts, the company says. It features toasted oak and vanilla aromas, and a touch of dried cherry, which complements the light citrus hop flavor, it adds. Suggested retail price for a bottle is between $14.99 and $15.99.
