Bill Johnstone
has been hired by Fort Dearborn Co. in Elk Grove, Ill., as senior vice president of operations. Johnstone will be responsible for overseeing the operations and management of all the company’s plants.
Mark Rossi has joined Hanover, Mass.-based planning, engineering and construction firm Food Tech Structures to serve on its construction management team in Schiller Park, Ill. Rossi, who most recently served as part owner of industrial commercial G.C. firm Leander Rossi Corp., has conducted projects with Coca-Cola Enterprises.
Glen Clark has been promoted to the position of director of safety and training by TNT Logistics North America. In his expanded role, Clark will be responsible for leading TNT Logistics’ safety and training initiatives in the United States, Canada and Mexico.  
Mike Barrett was appointed vice president of operations at BBF Printing Solutions, Largo, Fla. Barrett will now be overseeing sales initiatives for two divisions within BBF Printing Solutions. Eric Kemerer was also appointed vice president of human resources and information technology at BBF Printing Solutions.
