The Mezcal capital of the world, Oaxaca, Mexico, has just set a new world record at Vive Mezcal 2019, bringing together the largest number of different mezcal labels in a single space. The Mezcal Wall (Muro Mezcalero) will be part of a permanent exhibition that can be visited.
According to a January Insights from Nielsen titled “Tops of 2018: Tequila Drove Spirit Category Growth in 2018,” mezcal, a smaller sub-category of tequila, posted the highest growth rate in 2018.
Strong tradition and history drive brand authenticity and Tequila Corralejo understands the value of both; marrying the richness of the past to its present quest to achieve global expansion.
