Lord Corp., Cary, N.C., has
completed its acquisition of Henkel KGaA, Düesseldorf, Germany. The
acquisition will add Henkel’s rubber-to-substrate bonding, rubber
coating and trade names to Lord Corp.’s portfolio of motion, noise
and vibration control mechanic devices and systems.
