Nestlé USA expanded its Coffee-Mate Natural Bliss collection with Natural Bliss Cold Brew Coffee.

Pantone is well known for releasing its annual Color of the Year. For the first time, the company introduced two color shades — Rose Quartz and Serenity — as the 2016 Pantone Colors of the Year.

Constellation Brands Inc., Victor, N.Y., announced that it has agreed to acquire the Meiomi wine brand from Copper Cane LLC, a Joseph Wagner controlled company. The transaction is expected to close by the beginning of August, the companies say.

 Kahlúa adds Salted Caramel liqueur to its summer lineup 

Kahlua, a brand of New York-based Pernod Ricard USA, released its latest limited-edition offering: Kahlua Salted Caramel. This new flavor from the brand was formulated to liven up an iced coffee and to give cocktail lovers a refreshing and delicious twist on their seasonal favorites for spring and summer enjoyment, the company says.
