Our whole line of pectin products are used in beverages, fruit spreads, industrial fruit preparations, confectionery and dairy products. Derived from freshly harvested apples and citrus fruits apple fiber and citrus fiber are manufactured providing water binding and texture. The apple extracts can be used for perfecting taste and appearance of food products.
