Terry has over 15 years in the beverage industry in Wholesaler (sales, delivery, operations, and management) and consultant roles. He has led successful WMS implentations in multiple Warehouses (and industries), and advised on numerous others. He is a flag waving supporter of technology and process improvement but never loses sight of the fundamentals of the industry. Safety, accuracy, and efficiency are primary goals for all Warehouses that he works with. Achievements include decreasing labor spend by 40%, increasing accuracy to over 99.99%, reducing breakage and product loss to 0.01%, and picking and loading all trucks during a total power failure.
