Carlos Laboy is Managing Director, Global Beverage Sector Head at HSBC. Prior to joining the partnership, Mr. Laboy ranked as a top analyst in the U.S. and Latin American Beverage industries consistently between 1993 and 2010. His global and strategic analysis of the sector spanned 14 years at Bear Stearns and four years at Credit Suisse. He began his research career at a small private partnership boutique, Smith Barney, in 1987. A graduate of Rutgers University and a member of the Smithsonian Institute Ocean Science Council.
