The Admix Fastfeed powder induction and dispersion system consistently delivers smooth product for any batch size. Learn how the Fastfeed is revolutionizing beverage batching by enabling processors to:

  • Cut batch times in half
  • Improve operator safety and ergonomics
  • Reduce energy consumption up to 70%
  • Eliminate dusting and reduce air entrainment

The Fastfeed powder induction and dispersion system inducts, wets, and disperses a myriad of beverage ingredients, instantly eliminating agglomerates and “fisheyes” that plague today’s beverage batchers. Proteins, gums, starches, vitamins, fiber, sweeteners, stabilizers, emulsifiers, flavors, and colors are dispersed at rates up to 500 pounds per minute in a single pass.

Batch-to-batch inconsistencies are eliminated as powders are introduced at the same rate every time through the Fastfeed hopper. If the finished product receives a thermal treatment in a plate heat exchanger, burn-on from unmixed ingredients is eliminated allowing longer process times and less frequent CIP cycles.

In addition, batch times are drastically reduced as powders are inducted and dispersed into the liquid stream while the batch tank is being filled. Fastfeed disperses all powders directly into the blend tank, so time-consuming 200-300 gallon pre-blends or “side batches” that require processors to fill, add powders, mix, transfer, and repeat are now a thing of the past.

With a total of 15 horsepower driving the pump and the DynaShear high speed disperser/emulsifier, Fastfeed consumes up to 70% less energy than conventional tank mixers.

Importantly, Fastfeed allows operators to batch from the safety of floor level, as opposed to elevated platforms. Since Fastfeed easily inducts powders from bulk bags, back injuries and dusting associated with bag-dumping into open top tanks are no longer issues.
