Atotonilco, Mexico-based Patrón Spirits is introducing a new addition to its Patrón Citrónge liqueur portfolio. Patrón Citrónge Mango is crafted from the highest-quality Ataulfo mangos from the Mexican states of Nayarit and Chiapas, the company says.
"Not only is Mexico known for tequila, the country has long been one of the world's largest producers of top-quality fruits and citrus. Maybe it's no coincidence then that fresh fruit flavors are the perfect complement in Margaritas and countless other tequila cocktails," said Ed Brown, president and chief executive officer of Patrón Spirits, in a statement. "All three of our Patrón Citrónge liqueurs – Orange, Lime, and now Mango – not only are ideal ingredients in any number of delicious cocktails and food recipes, they also proudly showcase authentic Mexican flavor and heritage."
