Taking its Saranac White IPA to the next level, F.X. Matt Brewing Co. added Saranac Clouded Dream to its Saranac High Peaks Collection. The limited-edition hybrid beer combines an India Pale Ale (IPA) with a Belgian White Ale, resulting in a hoppy yet refreshing unfiltered brew with notes of citrus, the company says. Saranac Clouded Dream contains 7.3 percent alcohol by volume and 60 International Bitterness Units (IBUs). It is available in four-packs and on draft in limited quantities while supplies last.
