Home » Pyure Brands releases organic erythritol sweetener
Pyure Brands launched a commercial-grade organic and non-genetically modified organism (GMO) erythritol sweetener. The U.S. Department of Agriculture-certified organic and Non-GMO Project verified sweeteners are close to sugar in terms of bulk and can replicate the mouthfeel of food and drinks that are sweetened with sugar, it says. Erythritol also works well in conjunction with stevia, acting as a bulking agent for the higher-intensity sweetener, the company says.
