Ganeden introduces probiotic straw for refrigerated, shelf-stable beverages

AIDP Inc., City of Industry, Calif., highlighted its Magtein magnesium-based super-mineral ingredient, which has been shown to support cognitive functions and brain health, at Engredea, which took place March 6-8 at the Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, Calif. It also highlighted its energy and protein ingredients.
Chr. Hansen showcased a probiotic with clinically documented immune health benefits for juice drinks and introduced a new range of natural colors. After months of research and development, Chr. Hansen launched L. Casei 431 Juice, a probiotic developed to survive in low-pH environments, such as chilled juice and juice drinks.
