Open to tea enthusiasts looking to grow their tea knowledge; from hobbyists to tea shop owners. Must take level 1 and 2 first.
Level 3: Professional Series – Oolong: This one-day course explores the sensory rich world of some of the rarest teas and most wine-like of tea - Oolong. At least a dozen teas will be evaluated, through both standard and more exploratory cupping techniques used in origin countries.
