The International Restaurant & Foodservice Show of New York — also known as the NY Restaurant Show — offers opportunities to network with independent restaurant owners, quick-service restaurant and quick-serve establishment operators, caterers, bakers, chefs, bars, nightclubs, hospitals, hotels and commercial foodservice operations. The three-day event also includes an exhibit hall with more than 550 vendors; live demonstrations and competitions; educational sessions; special features including the new Food Trends Experience, Pride of New York, the Japan Pavilion, the Dessert & Coffee Pavilion, and a Front of House Experience; idea-generating events such as The U.S. Pastry Competition, Ultimate Barista Challenge and The Foodservice Council for Women; and the co-located New York Wine Expo (Sunday only).
