Phillips Distilling Co. expanded its lineup of flavored vodkas with UV Cake. The variety is flavored similar to a piece of cake with creamy white frosting, the company says. UV Cake is recommended on its own or mixed with ginger ale or cola. Following the same tradition as the UV Vodka line, UV Cake is distilled four times and activated carbon filtered for purity and pH balance, the company says. The flavor will be available June 1 in all bottle sizes and has a suggested retail price of $12.99 for a 750-ml. bottle.
