Jay Pharoah, comedian and cast member of NBC’s “Saturday Night Live,” is teaming up with Pepsi Spire, the digital beverage fountain created by Purchase, N.Y.-based PepsiCo, to inspire consumers to raise the flavor of their favorite Pepsi beverages with totally customizable creations, the company says.

The new flavor and recipe delivers a cut-through, refreshing taste with delicate cherry blossom and red fruit aromas and an underlying note of apple, the company says.
Mission to Mars spot will be the last for The Most Interesting Man in the World actor

Dos Equis, a brand of White Plains, N.Y.-based Heineken USA, is saying #AdiosAmigo to The Most Interesting Man in the World, as he heads on a one-way Mission to Mars. The latest spot from Dos Equis, Mission to Mars, will be the last commercial featuring actor Jonathan Goldsmith as The Most Interesting Man in the World.
Single-cup coffee is playing an increasingly larger role in retail coffee sales. Single-cup sales growth comprised 74 percent of retail coffee sales growth of $761 million, according to Rockville, Md.-based Packaged Facts.
