Survey says…
Virginia Dare will release the results of its Flavor Preference Survey at IFT booth 2731. Among the results: what kind of ice cream do men prefer? What flavor of iced tea is most popular for women? Do more men or women prefer nutrition bars?

True Waters
Danisco Sweeteners will feature True Waters with added fiber in six fruit flavors at IFT booth 2521. Natural nutrition
Orafti Active Food Ingredients will focus on all-natural fiber ingredients with “real-world nutritional benefits that deliver healthier digestive inner peace” at IFT booth 4335. Flavor enhancers
Treatt USA will highlight additions to its Treattarome From the Named Food (FTNF) portfolio at IFT booth 4737. The company will feature Tea Treattarome Iced, a clear water-white distillate for use in iced tea applications, and Juicy Tangerine WONF (With Other Natural Flavors) for beverage applications. Caramel colors
D.D. Williamson and colorMaker will give IFT attendees a chance to sample NOP-compliant caramelized rice syrup, and cost-effective natural color blends, in addition to taking home powdered caramel color sample jars with a Cajun-style recipe at IFT booth 2623. The NOP-compliant syrups can be used in natural food products to add visual appeal, and the color blends have beverage, confectionery and dairy applications. — D.D. Sweet treats
Nutrinova will feature the latest advancements in sugar replacement with hot and cold beverages containing Sunett acesulfame potassium at IFT booth 3627. Attendees can sample non-alcoholic, sugar-free New Orleans-style Hurricane cocktails and other still and carbonated flavored beverages.
