Monsanto and The Solae Co. announced an agreement to develop and market a new line of soy proteins with improved flavor and solubility. Using advanced plant breeding technology, the new soybean features higher levels of beta-conglycinin, designed to improve soy protein flavor and functionality.
Martin Bauer North America, a supplier of specialty herbal extracts, powders, tea cuts and standardized extracts, and Guilin LAYN Natural Ingredients have formed a strategic partnership establishing MB North America as the exclusive distributor of LAYN’s botanical extract ingredients in North America.
