Ruben Rodriguez
will retire from his post as chairman and chief executive officer at Bacardi International. Rodriguez was the first non-Bacardi family member to hold those positions in the company… Daniel J. O’Neill, vice chairman, synergies and integration at Molson Coors Brewing Co., will leave the company at the end of this month. The integration of the two companies will continue under the leadership of Cathy Noonan… Cott Corp. Chief Executive Officer John Sheppard has joined the board of directors at the American Beverage Association. Cott also announced Raymond Silcock has resigned as executive vice president and chief financial officer… Henry B. King, former president of the U.S. Brewers Association, died last month after a battle with cancer… PepsiCo has named Scott A. Siers vice president of industry relations and business development for its newly formed foodservice division… Coca-Cola Enterprises announced G. David Van Houten will retire as chief operating officer, Shaun B. Higgins has been named president of the company’s European division, and William W. Douglas has become chief financial officer… Randy Ransom has resigned as head of Coca-Cola brand marketing at Coca-Cola North America. The company also has named Katie Bayne to lead the new marketing group that will oversee both Coca-Cola and diet brands. Dan Dillon has been selected to head the company’s new portfolio strategies group… The Absolut Spirits Group has named Kate Pomeroy director of consumer insights and planning, and Jeffrey Moran director of public relations and events… National Distributing Co. has named Peter Madden senior vice president/corporate wine director, and Ken Rosenberg vice president/assistant corporate wine director.
