Cooper Spirits International, Philadelphia, has selected Chad Wiltgen as vice president of sales for the western United States... Mix1 Beverage Co., Boulder, Colo., has added Joelle Hoffman as vice president of sales. Hoffman was most recently director of sales at Endangered Species Chocolate Co., and will be responsible for leading all sales efforts through the company’s brokered accounts, including the natural, specialty and conventional channels... The White Coffee Corp., Long Island City, N.Y., has selected Charles Cortellini as a consultant for the company. He was previously president and chief executive officer at First Colony Coffee and Tea... Chateau Ste. Michelle, Woodinville, Wash., has named Wendy Stuckey as its new winemaker for white wine varieties... Glazer’s, Dallas, has named Patrick Moore president of Glazer’s Texas operations... Terlato Wines International, Lake Bluff, Ill., has appointed Michelle Pae to the position of senior director of national accounts, on-premise. Pae will be responsible for leading Terlato’s efforts to build the luxury wine business in national restaurants and hotel customers.
