Packaging equipment manufacturer, NJM/CLI announced the retirement of Linc Jepson. Jepson, a 40-year veteran of the company, is acknowledged for his service and contributions to it and the industry at large.
Scott Pribula joined Missouri-based TranSystems Corp. as vice president and manager of its Minneapolis operations. Pribula’s appointment coincides with the opening of the company’s Minneapolis facility. He will serve as a client manager and project manager for the shippers, distributors, retailers and manufacturers sector of TranSystems.
Alcoa Flexible Packaging named two new additions to its custom thermoforming sales and marketing team. Steve Wagner is national sales and marketing manager, and Kathryn Carpenter is account business manager. Both employees will be responsible for further development of custom thermoforming sales with a strong focus on developing increased customer support.
Mike Biason was promoted to business development manager, TNT Logistics. He will be responsible for new business development and customer relationship management. Also new to the company in the same position is Tony Vassallo. He brings nearly 20 years of sales and business development experience to the company.
Florida-based Dosatron International named Jon Dunham, Midwest regional sales manager. Dunham’s territory includes Iowa, Minnesota, Nebraska, Kansas and Missouri.
FKI Logistex announced a number of personnel changes. First, Todd Ploudre was promoted to controller and Kevin Brophy to manager, financial analysis, for the company’s FKI Logistex Manufacturing Systems North America. Also within the North American division, three executives were appointed to the  management team. Dave Baker was appointed president of the manufacturing systems division, John Kelly to president of the airport, post and parcel division, and John Westendorf to president of the warehouse and distribution division. Finally in the warehouse and distribution division, Chuck Waddle moved to executive vice president, sales and systems engineering; Ken Buzek moved to executive vice president, project management and installation; and Gary Cash moved to vice president, product management.
