The Kentucky Beverage Booster Association presented lifetime achievement awards to Harold Britton of Louisa Coca-Cola, and Leo King Jr. of Royal Crown Bottling Corp. at the annual Kentucky Beverage Association meeting in Lexington, Ky.

 

Britton operates a family business that began in 1923, and he attended his first bottlers meeting in 1951. King purchased his bottling operation in the mid 1970s and now employs more than 300 people in Kentucky, Indiana and Illinois.
