Full Sail Brewery released its latest limited-edition lager, LTD 04, as well as the first beer in its 2011 Brewmaster Reserve: Bump in the Night. LTD 04 focuses on the single notes of a select barley and one of the best Northwest hops, the company says. LTD 04 is a pale-golden color and brewed to highlight the simplicity of both the pale malt and Willamette hops, it says. The product’s name stands for its limited quantity, but the brewery says it also means “Live the Dream.” The beer will be available in six-packs and draught through March. The brewery also introduced Bump in the Night, the first and newest beer in its 2011 Brewmaster Reserve lineup. Bump in the Night is brewed in the Cascadian Dark Ale style with dark malts, big floral citrus hop flavor and bitterness reminiscent of an IPA. The beer is available on draught and in 22-ounce bottles through March.
