Jamba Juice Co., a subsidiary of Jamba Inc., Emeryville, Calif., entered into a license agreement with The Inventure Group, Phoenix, to develop a line of blend-and-serve frozen fruit smoothie kits for retail grocery distribution. The smoothie kits will include a variety of whole fruit pieces including raspberries and blueberries, and are expected to launch during the first quarter of 2010.
