MoreFunktional Beverages Inc., Tomball, Texas, partnered with Nashville, Tenn.-based Daily’s Convenience Stores to offer Purple Stuff Soda in all of Daily’s Tennessee locations.
The convenience store chain is a locally owned and operated partnership between Nashville’s Kimbro Oil Co. and The Parman Corp. Daily’s has more than 100 locations throughout Tennessee and Kentucky. Purple Stuff Sodas are distributed by Tennessee’s Lipman Brothers/R.S. Lipman Co.
“To have the distributor that launched Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey and the heavyweight convenience store champion of Tennessee behind our Superliminal Purple Stuff Healthy sodas makes me believe our legend begins in 2010,” said Darrell Duchesneau, chief executive officer of Funktional Beverages, in a statement.
