Bay Pac Beverages Inc. released its Fair Belize 5-Year Rum, which now is available in select markets. The rum is made with Certified Fair Trade sugar cane and distilled through a traditional two-column still, the company says. Aged for 5 years in American oak barrels, the 40 percent alcohol-by-volume rum reveals many aromatics and a deep character, it adds. Fair Belize is available in 750-ml bottles for a suggested retail price of $36.50.
