Pacific Foods expanded its non-dairy beverages portfolio with the release of its Organic Coconut line. The company says it uses the whole coconut, including the cream and the water, to give the beverages an authentic coconut flavor for the Original, Unsweetened Vanilla and Unsweetened Original varieties. In addition, the products do not contain carrageenan or soy but do offer vitamins B12 and D as well as potassium. Like the other non-dairy beverages in Pacific Foods’ portfolio, the Organic Coconut line is vegan and free of GMOs and gluten. Pacific Organic Coconut non-dairy beverages are available in natural food stores and conventional grocers nationwide for a suggested retail prices of $2.82-$3.64 for a 32-ounce carton.
