Casillero del Diablo Devil's CollectionCrafted by Concha y Toro and imported into the United States by Excelsior Wines, the new Casillero del Diablo Devil’s Collection targets the younger generation of legal drinking age consumers, according to Concha y Toro. The collection includes a 2012 red wine and a 2012 white wine, both of which are blends. The red wine blends Carmenère, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah from Chile’s Rapel Valley and features flavors of dark fruit, plum, black cherry and a hint of dark chocolate, the company says. The white wine blends Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay and Gewürztraminer from Chile’s Casablanca Valley and features aromas and flavors of pineapple, citrus, peach and a hint of honeysuckle, it adds. A 750-ml bottle of either wine retails for approximately $15.
