Nipozzano Vecchie VitiMarchesi de’ Frescobaldi launched a new wine into the U.S. market: Nipozzano Vecchie Viti. The red wine is made from the oldest vineyards surrounding the Nipozzano Castle in the heart of the Chianti Rufina DOCG and is aged for two years in large oak barrels. It is composed of 90 percent Sangiovese and 10 percent black Malvasia, Canaiolo and Colorino. Imported into the United States by Folio Fine Wine Partners, a 750-ml bottle of the wine retails for approximately $29.99.
