Pro Mach Inc., Cincinnati, completed its acquisition of global capping machinery manufacturer Ets. André Zalkin & Cie. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Zalkin’s management team and employees will continue to operate from their facilities in Montreuil L’Argillé and Rueil-Malmaison, France.

Philadelphia-based Crown Holdings Inc. released its second sustainability report, which focuses on developments in the company’s efforts from an economic, environmental and social perspective since its inaugural publication was issued in November 2011. Mac Process, a North American supplier of pneumatic conveying and air filtration systems, and Schenck AccuRate, a manufacturer of dry material feeders and weighing technologies, announced the official integration of the two businesses. Both companies are part of the global Schenck Process Group and have integrated their operations in North America under the name Schenck Process LLC. Manufacturing for Schenck Process LLC will continue in Whitewater, Wis., and Sabetha, Kan., and the company headquarters will be located in Kansas City, Mo.

Avure Technologies, Franklin, Tenn., separated into two distinct operating units: Avure Industrial Division and Avure HPP Equipment and Services Division. Both divisions will operate as separate strategic business units. This separation allows each to focus on customer service, new product development and application support specific to its specialty, the company says. Jeff Williams was named chief executive officer of the HPP Equipment and Services Division, and Jan Söderström will assume the position of chief executive officer of the Avure Industrial Division.

Cincinnati-based Intelligrated hired Chris Lingamfelter as vice president of integrated system sales and strategy and David Erickson as vice president of software development for its software subsidiary, Knighted, New York.

Printing Industries of America, Sewickley, Pa., announced its 2014 officers and board of directors. It appointed Jeff Ekstein of Willow Printing Group as chairman of the board, David A. Olberding of Phototype as first vice chairman, Bradley L. Thompson II of Inland Press as second vice chairman, Curt Kreisler of Gold Star Printers as secretary to the board, and Michael S. Wurst of Henry Wurst Inc. as treasurer. Also joining the board of directors in 2014 are Chip Smith of Marshall and Bruce Co., representing the Printing Industry Association of the South; Chris Feryn of Premier Press, representing PPI Association; and David Radziej of Printing Industry Midwest, representing the affiliate managers.
