Fireman’s Brew expands distribution into Ohio

Craft brewer's beer now available in 14 states

Fireman’s Brew, a Los Angeles-based craft brewery founded by two firefighters, announced partnerships with three Ohio-based distributors — Beverage Distributors Inc., Tramonte Distributing and Classic Brands — to distribute its beers throughout the state. Ohio marks the brand’s 14th distribution state, joining California, Arizona, Nevada, Colorado, Nebraska, Iowa, Oklahoma, Illinois, Kansas, Virginia, Rhode Island, New York and Hawaii.

“We’re excited to be launching our beers throughout Ohio in a coordinated fashion with three of the state’s largest distributors,” said Rob Nowaczyk, founder of Fireman’s Brew, in a statement. “Fireman’s Brew continues to receive a great response from consumers across the Midwest, and with the expansion into Ohio, we are now one step closer toward achieving our goal of building Fireman’s Brew into a national brand.”

Roger Baer, chief executive officer of Fireman's Brew, added in a statement: "We are thrilled to partner with three of Ohio’s leading beverage distributors and look forward to working closely with the teams at Beverage Distributors, Tramonte Distributing and Classic Brands to help build [the] Fireman’s Brew brand presence throughout the market.”

Fireman’s Brew’s newly expanded distribution network provides an opportunity for the company to reach thousands of on-premise and retail outlets across Ohio. Through the agreement, Beverage Distributors Inc., Tramonte Distributing and Classic Brands will distribute Fireman’s

Brew Blonde pilsner-style lager, Brunette German-style doublebock, and Redhead amber ale in six-packs of 12-ounce bottles, 12-pack samplers and kegs.
