With a 100 percent daily value of 12 essential vitamins, Bolthouse Farms Multi-V Goodness smoothies contain 8 grams of fiber and nutrients such as folate along with a 100 percent daily value of vitamins A, C, D, E, K, B6 and B12 as well as thiamin, riboflavin, niacin and biotin. Its Mango Ginger + Carrot smoothie delivers nearly four servings of fruits and vegetables as well as a 220 percent daily value of vitamin A and an 80 percent daily value of vitamin C. Salted Caramel Latte blends Arabica coffee with caramel and sea salt. It has 7 grams of protein, 660 mg of potassium, and a 30 percent daily value of calcium with 130 calories in each 8-ounce serving.
