In July, The Innis & Gunn Brewing Co. Ltd. will release its second seasonal beer in the United States: Canadian Cherrywood Aged, which is a Scotch ale aged over Canadian black cherrywood chips and finished with maple syrup, the company says. The beer is brewed with roasted barley, wheat, and Super Styrian and Goldings hops for 49 days, it adds. The limited-edition beer will be available on draught and in 750-ml bottles. A bottle will retail for approximately $7.99.
