Full Sail Brewing Co. released the second beer in its Pub Series: Extra Special Bitter (ESB). With 6.5 percent alcohol by volume and 35 International Bittering Units (IBUs), Full Sail ESB is a medium-bodied ale with caramel notes and a crisp, hoppy finish, the company says. The beer is available in six-packs and on draught through June, when the next beer will be unveiled.
