Bean & Body Coffee Vegan, Horchata and CoconutBYB Brands Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated, added three new flavors to its line of functional ready-to-drink Bean & Body Coffees. The new vegan variety is a non-dairy alternative with antioxidants to soothe and re-energize, the company says. Horchata is a decaffeinated blend of antioxidants and cinnamon that provides a natural energy boost, and Coconut is a brew blended with maqui berry extract and coconut water to help consumers stay energized and hydrated, it adds. Offered in 8-ounce cans, each flavor contains 100 calories or less and is all-natural, gluten-free and Kosher certified. Bean & Body Coffees have two times the antioxidant level of green tea, and use Fair Trade-certified beans and organic farming methods, according to the company. The suggested retail price for one can ranges between $2.49 and $2.69.
