Tate & Lyle, Decatur, Ill., launched its new Beverage Optimize formulation service in the United States. Through Beverage Optimize, manufacturers can work directly with Tate & Lyle to reduce calories using the company’s beverage formulation experience and portfolio of ingredients including sweeteners such as Splenda sucralose and Krystar crystalline fructose, as well as texturants and acidulants, the company says. Tate & Lyle also announced the re-opening of its McIntosh, Ala., Splenda sucralose production facility, and the launch of a dedicated website for beverage manufacturers: yourdrinksolutions.com.

 

Louisville, Ky.-based D.D.
