A popular ready-to-serve cocktail in Italy, Mionetto USA’s ‘IL’ Spr!z made its debut in the United States. The beverage is made with premium frizzante sparkling wine, flavors of orange and select herbs as well as natural colors and aromas. ‘IL’ Spr!z contains 8 percent alcohol by volume and fewer than 100 calories in each 4-ounce serving. A 750-ml. bottle retails for approximately $14, and a 375-ml. bottle has a suggested retail price of $8. A 187-ml. size will be introduced in September, the company says.
