After a successful launch of Founding Fathers Lager in November, Founding Fathers Brewing Co. introduced Founding Fathers Light Beer. Touting its “Made in America” status, the company donates 50 percent of its profits to local military organizations in the states in which it distributes beer. Currently, the beer is available in Minnesota and North Dakota, but the company plans to expand its distribution into Alabama, Florida, Georgia, South Carolina and Tennessee by April, it says. A six-pack of Founding Fathers Light Beer retails for about $5.99, and a 12-pack retails between $9.99 and $12.99.
