New Belgium Brewing replaced its 2˚Below winter seasonal beer with Snow Day Ale. On shelves through February, Snow Day carries the subtle chocolate and caramel flavors of the newly developed Midnight Wheat malt, the company says. The Styrian Golding, Centennial and Cascade hops bring a bright note to complement the ale’s roasty undertones, it adds. It has 6.25 percent alcohol by volume and 55 international bitterness units. Pricing varies by market.
