Pendleton 1910Hood River Distillers Inc.’s new Pendleton 1910 Canadian rye whisky was named in reference to the first Pendleton Round-Up. The 750-ml. bottle features embossed detailing reminiscent of the tooling on a saddle and includes the Pendleton Round-Up bucking horse. Aged for 12 years, Pendleton 1910 features notes of tobacco, charred oak and butterscotch with a spicy rye kick and peppery heat, which is balanced out by the smoothness of maple and sweet cherry flavors, the company says. Each bottle has a suggested retail price of $39.95.
