Döhler-Milne Aseptics and Milne Fruit Products offer a range of products for beverage applications. Döhler partnered with PureCircle to offer stevia-based sweetening systems under the MultiSweet Stevia ingredient range that is suited for carbonated soft drink, still and juice beverage applications. The company also created highly developed flavor technologies, such as “Sweetness Improving Technology” and “Sugar Replacement Technology” for carbohydrate reduction formulated to taste especially close to sugar, the company says. In the fruit

juices and nectars segment, the company has an integration partnership in fruit processing with Wyckoff Farms. The partnership has yielded prototypes that combine superfruits and domestic fruits as well as an “Enerjuice” concept with 300-mg. for each liter of natural caffeine. Döhler’s portfolio also includes cereal and malt-based products that constitute pure, acid-stable building blocks for incorporation into a variety of beverage compounds, the company says. These concepts can be used in malt and fruit drinks with elderberry or mango or other varieties, such as Malta con Leche. In the tea category, Döhler offers a new generation of premium tea drinks created in cooperation with Plantextrakt.
