Jungheinrich Lift Truck Corp.
, Richmond, Va., moved its U.S. corporate headquarters to a new 70,000-square-foot facility. The new Richmond facility houses the sales and administrative teams as well as spare parts operations, warehousing and technical workshops under one roof.
Tennant Co., Minneapolis, was recognized as one of America’s most trustworthy companies by Audit Integrity, an independent firm that researches corporate governance practices. The company also introduced its Flex-Clean program, which offers industrial and commercial cleaning professionals rentals of cleaning machines without having to purchase a machine.
Arrowhead Conveyor Corp., Tampa, Fla., acquired NeXt-conveyor. Also based in Tampa, Fla., NeXtconveyor offers patented, easy-to-sanitize conveyor designs for markets such as the dairy industry.
Intervolve Inc., Raleigh, N.C., partnered with computer dealer Lenovo, Purchase, N.Y., to offer its software solutions pre-loaded on ThinkPad X60 Tablet PCs with Microsoft Windows Vista.
GE Water & Process Technologies, Trevose, Pa., announced its international 14-city World Water Tour. Beginning this month, it features a series of seminars for water industry experts and industrial water users to discuss best practices and solutions capable of meeting the industry’s need to minimize operational costs, create sustainable supplies of water, decrease energy consumption and meet regulatory requirements.
Avantcé Software, Toronto, completed its acquisition of Radcliffe Inc., a provider of warehouse management solutions. Radcliffe will be combined with the company’s Robocom Systems International, Markham, Ontario.
