Yale Materials Handling Corp., Greenville, N.C., honored its 14 top performing dealers with the 12th Annual Dealer of Excellence Awards. Top performers in Yale’s dealer network were honored for their customer satisfaction and dealer performance, among other achievements.
Lord Corp., Cary, N.C., has completed its acquisition of Henkel KGaA, Düesseldorf, Germany. The acquisition will add Henkel’s rubber-to-substrate bonding, rubber coating and trade names to Lord Corp.’s portfolio of motion, noise and vibration control mechanic devices and systems.
Ryder System Inc., Miami, has honored its top carriers of the year with the 2005 Ryder Carrier Quality Award. The award recognizes excellence in on-time performance, customer service, technology applications and other metrics. Fifteen winners were awarded from various categories.
Label Printing of America, Sewickley, Pa., announced its 2006 Fall Management Conference will be held Nov. 1-4 at Enchantment Resort, Sedona, Ariz. The conference is designed for management executives and will address management issues and provide business solutions in strategic leadership, financial management, sales, marketing and human resources.
Kliklok-Woodman, Decatur, Ga., has partnered with Mexico’s Alko International on business in Central America. The alliance will offer full-service contacts for customers of Kliklok- Woodman’s vertical form/fill/seal and cartoning equipment in Mexico, Guatemala, Belize, Honduras, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Costa Rica and Panama.
