has named Jim Donald president and chief executive officer, succeeding Orin Smith, who has retired. Donald previously served as chairman, president and chief executive officer at Pathmark Stores Inc... Skyy Spirits LLC, San Francisco, has named Gerard Ruvo president and chief executive officer. Ruvo was vice president of sales, and he succeeds Anthony P. Foglio, who is taking over the chairman’s role vacated by company founder Maurice Kanbar… Coors Brewing Co., the U.S. division of Molson Coors Brewing Co., has named Frits van Paasschen president and chief executive officer.
