Organizers of the Drinktec show, Messe Munchen GmbH, announced the International Fruit World juice congress, operated by Confructa Medien, will take place during Drinktec 2009 in Munich, Germany.
The agreement is part of a partnership between the two organizations, and will cover two days during the Drinktec show. Confructa Medien plans to organize the juice event around the themes of liquid fruit and fruit processing. The groups expect 300 attendees to participate in International Fruit World.
“The International Fruit World fits superbly into the spectrum of themes covered by Drinktec,” says Exhibition Director Petra Westphal. “By representing the entire beverages industry, including liquid food, Drinktec has a unique selling point as the world’s leading sector meeting place. It makes perfect sense, therefore, that the fruit juice industry should also focus on Munich.”
